Ikonica.Me Finally Launched, Already Top App in Several App Stores

Remember Ikonica.Me – nifty little app for designers which was developed during 48-hour MoFo Hackaton? Well it finally launched! After some last minute tweaking and final Apple approval, Ikonica.Me hit the App and Mac Store where users can download it right now.

This essential bit of kit for every designer is hoping to lead a small revolution into development of iOS apps as many designers come across this problem – finished product could only be seen once the code is done. The the team behind Ikonica has created a unique solution which lets designers, developers and everybody interested in iOS icons preview the finished design way before the app is done.

Ikonica, which stands for icon in Serbian, is dead simple to use. The whole app is very intuitive, and users can browse through different designs as well as choose from variety of background wallpapers. They can also import their design straight from camera roll which further simplifies the use of this awesome app. Oh, and it’s also possible to import the picture straight from the Mac toolbar – just drag and drop!

Igor Salindrija, CEO of Appricot, company behind this app, stated the following:

Ikonica is primarily intended for designers, especially those who make iOS icons.

Since the app launched, it already reached Top App in several different App Stores all over the world! If you are interested in Ikonica.Me you can check out the promotional video, or you can visit the official website where you’ll find all the necessary information.
