Spark.Me Sparks Imaginations And Careers In 2015

The doMEn team, who’s behind the domain.me experience, has been sparking the imagination and entrepreneurial spirit through its annual conference Spark.Me. This interactive event brings inspiration, business and the startup community together at the beautiful Montenegrin coast, and spices it all up with some of the best speakers available. This year, everything is taking place in beautiful Budva, Montenegro, on May 31 – June 1, 2015.
Among the speakers who will take the stage at the third annual Spark.Me are Marvin Liao, a Partner at global Seed VC Firm & Startup Accelerator as well as 500 Startups, and social media visionary Ramon De Leon. They’ll be joined by a wide variety of experts who will ignite your imagination.
From Montenegrin Coast to San Francisco Lime Lights
Continuing the tradition it set with the previous events, the conference is bringing together successful startups from all over Europe for its annual StartUp Competition, an opportunity for startups to pitch their way to San Francico and Startup Alley.
This includes a return ticket to San Francisco for two people, accommodation for three days, a Startup Alley booth at TC Disrupt 2015 SF and two tickets for the three-day TechCrunch Disrupt 2015 SF Conference, all together a great opportunity for any early stage company that wants to show off their talent and technology to VCs, press and the global tech community in general.
All startups founded after September 15, 2014 that have received less than $2.5 million in funding are eligible to apply, regardless of where they are registered – which are also the criteria for participation in TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2015 Startup Alley.
You can apply for the Spark.me Startup Competition through the application form by May 4, 2015, 23:59:59 UTC. After applying the startups will have to pass the pre-selection round, held until Monday, May 11, 2015, when the 10 best startup teams will be invited to present at the Spark.me conference.
The chosen ten will get to pitch at the main stage of Spark.Me and the three selected finalists will get three minutes to convince the judges that they are the best pick for the TechCrunch Disrupt, held on September 21-23, 2015.
Last year, Serbian startup FishingBooker won this opportunity. See how they did:
