We’re starting our list with an old-fashioned item. It does not require batteries, it does not have a USB slot, but it can be put in a purse or a desk drawer easily. We suggest you pick a nice, happy design to brighten your day. Take a look at these ideas on Amazon, prices per unit range from $4 to $6.

Mini Air-Conditioner

This is a big bump up from a hand fan. This mini air-conditioner will take the hot air around you and blow a nice cold breeze in your direction (or right in your face, if you want it to). It runs on four batteries, but it can be charged via USB cable as well. The price on Amazon is $40 bucks now, down from $90 – be careful to check what the price is before you purchase it.

Baby Stroller Fan

Babies get hot during the summer too, so you might wanna think about getting something for your little one. This Stroller Fan uses batteries to create a nice breeze. It can be put just about anywhere with the clip so you can move it around. You can find it on Amazon for $20.

Solar Cooling Hat

You can keep yourself cool and stay green! This amazing hat works on solar energy and it will keep working as long as it has direct exposure to sunlight. The little fan will make sure you have a nice breeze right on your forehead. The adjustable strap is there, so you do not have to worry about sizes. The price is usually $25, but Amazon has it for $13 now.

Car Sear Cooler

You spend a lot of time on your commute, but your car’s air conditioning leaves much to be desired? If you are not planning to change your car soon, you might want to check this out. This car seat cushion will cool itself, making your ride a little bit more pleasant. You can adjust the cooling controls and it comes with a 1-hour shut-off timer. Amazon has it for $62.

The Bedfan

Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Maybe you think the air temperature is just fine, but your spouse is too hot? Bedfan is a special fan that will blow cool breeze right between your sheets! The folks that created and patented this idea are so sure of it, that you will get a refund if you are not happy with your Bedfan.
