CSR Report: 10 Years of Giving Back

When we first started .ME, we knew it was not only an opportunity to develop a healthy business but also a platform to raise awareness in about the opportunities digital economy offers and equip people with skills needed to successfully realise them. While our CSR efforts so far have primarily been focused on our home country of Montenegro, we try to be as active as possible in all .ME communities around the world.

Whether it is about teaching middle-school children how to code, organizing pitching workshops for startups, or awarding scholarships to gifted students, we believe that sharing knowledge is the most efficient way to individual and collective progress. This has been an integral part of our company mission and vision in the last decade. Our efforts in this field have recently been recognized by receiving two national social and corporate responsibility awards – the ISKRA 2018 philanthropy excellence award for “Contribution at a National level” and an award for caring about the community by the Montenegrin Employers Federation! Of course, none of this would be possible without the help of our partners and friends with whom we have worked hard to bring our vision to fruition.

The ten-year anniversary of .ME domain made us look back on all that we have done so far for our community and reflect on what we can do better in the future. As a result, we made this report, which outlines the results of a decade of service and provides a good insight into the way our company and way of thinking about corporate social responsibility changed over time.
